Due to continuing growth and increase in business Michael Wilson & Partners Ltd. is looking for:
SENIOR LAWYER
Candidate’s qualifications should include:
- an excellent academic legal background, ideally with an LLM from an overseas university
- at least 3-years legal experience in an international law firm or as legal director of an international company
- an excellent knowledge of corporate, tax and finance law
- fluency in English, Russian and preferably Kazakh (both written and oral)
- good drafting ability
- ability to take responsibility in dealing with clients
PATENT ATTORNEY (Qualified)
Candidate’s qualifications should include:
- experience in both the registration of trademarks, patents and industrial inventions, and also litigation in support of holders of patents and trademarks
- an excellent academic legal background, ideally with an LLM from an overseas university
- ability to cultivate contacts and generate fees through business development and marketing activities
- fluency in English, Russian and preferably Kazakh (both written and oral)
- ability to take responsibility in dealing with clients
LEGAL SECRETARY
Candidate’s qualifications should include:
- fluency in English and Russian languages
- good organisational skills
- touch-typing skills
